Who we are

These terms govern the use of the VEYSKAR site, platform and API (the “service”), provided by VEYSKAR, [company name · tax ID · address]. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

VEYSKAR turns videos of real objects into interactive objects, hosts them and offers a viewer, share links, scenes and an API, according to the plan.

Account and security

You must be 18 or older and give true information. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. API keys are personal to the account and must not be exposed in browsers or public code.

Plans, payment and allowance

• Paid plans are monthly, charged in advance through Asaas by Pix, boleto or card.
• An object counts toward the allowance only when it is delivered ready, even with warnings. Failed generations do not count.
• The allowance renews each cycle and does not carry over.
• The free trial includes one object, with downloads marked “Powered by VEYSKAR”, and is limited per person, device and network to prevent abuse.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in the account area. There are no new charges and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, your objects remain available to download for 30 days and may then be deleted.

Your content

You must own the object and the place you film, or have permission. You keep all rights over your videos and objects. You grant VEYSKAR a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, host and display them only to provide the service.

Prohibited uses

• Illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Filming people as the main subject without their consent.
• Trying to copy, decompile or reverse engineer the engine, the viewer or the format.
• Scraping, overloading the API, or getting around plan limits, including creating multiple accounts for the free trial.

Intellectual property

The VEYSKAR Engine, its processing pipeline, the viewer component, the object format, the VEYSKAR brand and this site are proprietary technology of VEYSKAR, protected by copyright, trade secret and trademark law. Using the service gives you no license beyond what is needed to use it. No models, weights, methods or code may be extracted from it.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and the results faithful, but the service is provided as it is. Not every capture will produce a good object; when it fails, it does not count. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify you by email at least 15 days before relevant changes. Brazilian law applies, with the courts of [city] as the venue.
